This morning I am leaving LA and heading back to Pittsburgh through Phoenix. I’m happily enjoying a first class upgrade the entire trip.

I haven’t had a chance to drive around LA for almost a decade, and I Jove.to say it hasn’t changed that much. In fact, I think I saw some of the same cars in the same places on the 405. That being said, I still really like it here. While still a city, there are green spaces and people enjoying them. The food is fantastic, we had an amazing meal last night at Lago Santa Monica on 3rd Street. And you are hard pressed to find better people watching anywhere – the variety is wondrous.

Bye west coast, I will see you again in a couple weeks, this time in Seattle.
